• You are encouraged to attend the inspection to point out concerns and ask questions about the property.   I will be more than happy to explain the inspection process and findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all your questions.

• Your home inspection will be performed according to the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Standards of Practice which may be found at www.nachi.org/sop.htm.

• Following the property evaluation, the findings will be compiled in an easy-to-read report which will include both detailed descriptions and digital photos of any issues discovered during the inspection. Your completed inspection report will be emailed within 24 hours.
